Xu Xinwen (Chinese: 许馨文), born March 20, 1995, is a Chinese singer, dancer, and actress under Catfish Entertainment, a subsidiary under Show City Times.Known for her vocals, Xu Xinwen has a recognizable, stable, and thick voice as well as a wide vocal range, and she can easily belt notes. Her dream has always been to perform on stage, and she was originally a dancer, having learned dance from a young age. After hearing her idol JJ Lin's songs, she decided to switch to study music. She graduated from the Sichuan Conservatory of Music.Some of her works include: personal EPs "All My People" and "爱人规则", the theme song "In the Zone" of the film Southpaw, TV series Sweet Dreams OST "爱最闪耀", and Swords of Legends 2 OST "一生的挚爱".In 2014 and 2016, respectively, Xu Xinwen won the Tian Yi Fei Young Campus Singers Contest (天翼飞Young校园好声音) and the Migu Music National College Student League (咪咕音乐全国大学生联赛), two major national college singing competitions.Also in 2016, Xu Xinwen participated in the music program Sound of My Dream (梦想的声音). In 2018, she made her acting debut and starred in the TV series Only Kiss Without Love (一吻不定情), and she also participated in the idol survival show The Next Top Bang (下一站传奇). She is best known for participating in and being one of the top vocals in the 2020 girl group survival show Youth With You 2 (青春有你2).
